At TRIAD Performance Training, we take an individualized approach to meet you where you are at. We take into consideration your goals and what you need to accomplish your goals.
Our experienced performance coaches take you through our movement assessment prior to beginning with us. This allows us to identify any imbalances, points of weakness in order to design the appropriate program for you.
From there we move you on into our Performance Program where you are guided by one of our performance coaches in a group of no more than 3 other members.
We’ve helped hundreds of individuals and athletes at every level over our 30+ combined years. We want to help you achieve greatness and accomplish your goals! (Just ask Ashley!)
A little bit goes a long way with Kirk and his team! Highly recommend this training facility to anyone who is struggling with an injury or just looking to add more dynamics to their work out! They’ve helped me tremendously. - Ashley

The word TRIAD means the blending of three equal parts that make up a whole.
The three parts that makeup Triad Performance training are: Physical Performance, Mental Performance, and Spiritual Performance, all three of these combined create optimal performance.
Physical performance incorporates more than just speed and strength (although these are extremely important), other factors include; balance, coordination, flexibility, mobility, and sound nutrition.
Mental performance involves - Concentration, focus, attention to detail, and a drive to succeed.
Spiritual Performance encompasses - Being grounded and not self-centered, an understanding that we have been designed for something greater than ourselves and, a prioritizing of life… God – Family – School/Occupation, Sports.
We have found that the most successful people and athletes are the ones who have and maintain a balance in all three of these areas. Let us help you create a “triad of performance”!
